If I was the HR, I will notice every candidates the results of the interviews with a short comments, give suggestions about their career, especially those young candidates without much social experence.

I think that this can go both ways. While a courteous employer should initiate contact, I still suggest that when called applicant could ask what could I have done differently, what can I work on for my next interview, or anything else that you'd like to know for feedback. If one hasn't heard within 3 weeks I'd say it is safe to even call and either restate your continued interest or ask directly if the position has been filled-- depending on what your gut says at the time. Skills and education aren't always the top reason why someone has been hired. Fit is everything! Whenever I've been interviewed I always look at it as a two way street. I am also interviewing the interviewers. Asking myself would I want and even enjoy working with this person/ these people? I want to know how they handle conflict, how they performance manage, what do the do when they make a mistake, what do they do when an employee makes a mistake, and so on. These questions are good to ask at the interview when it gets to the: Do you have any questions for us? Part.

it would be nice if companies would move from the interrogation method to and up front and honest conversation. it's always like a guessing game. Really what's the point of a resume if the interview is arkward with questions that seem like the resume was never read. bottomline, its all about if they like you.

I truly wish companies would give applicants feedback, honest constructive feedback. When people are out of work they get discouraged and sometimes need that extra input to help out of the rut they are in. So if someone doesn't get the job let them know real ways they could do so in the future.

I concur with the others. As an employee with a degree and graduating with another in February 2017, I find it very difficult to locate what makes you good enough for an interview. This is the consensus of my co workers as well. What qualities and attributes are taken into account when moving to a position with your skill set?

I'm not so concerned with after the interview, I'm wondering what I have to do to GET an interview for a different position in the store I'm at. After a year, and still at part time, it gets discouraging when you apply but aren't granted an interview for positions.
