Here are some of my practices as a Business Analyst, while working with HR teams on SuccessFactors Employee Central, HR Transformation needs:>Put in efforts to understand and familiarize with SuccessFactors Employee Central module.As this is the core module, understanding it’s functional capabilities and limitations helps to align better with business requirements. >Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements. Discover their current processes, pain areas and their desired outcomes. Document these requirements and prioritize them based on their impacts.>Bridge the gap between Business and IT by clearly communicating the requirements, expectations and conditions with configuration team.>Help Business or HR Teams understand the difference between Standard configurations and Customizations. Encourage them to leverage standard out of the boxfeatures as it minimizes complexity and maintenance efforts.>Often there could be a need to migrate data from existing legacy systems into SuccessFactors and there could also be a need to integrate with other downstream systems. Keep close attention to these and collaborate withtechnology team to identify the best architecture and flow.>Familiarize HR Teams with change management practices to ensure smooth deployments of fixes or enhancements of features. >Plan and deliver adequate trainings for HR users so that they familiarize with the features. Creating Knowledge Articles to answer users FAQs and creating process operating documents for Operations/Support teams to help them perform day to day tasks in advantageous.Share your best practices in comments so that we include them into our list of actions. This would not only help us to better collaborate with HR Teams but also improve our success rate. #BusinessAnalyst #BestPractices #HRTransformation #SAP #SuccessFactors #HXM
